Afghanistan: Trouble on the farm

The Afghan Parliament's dismissal of outspoken Malalai Joya for comments she made about her "farmyard" colleagues is the latest example of the warlord faction in the House asserting itself. The government, as well as the military leaders of the international forces fighting the Taliban-led insurgency, are fearful of a political insurgency.
