ISLAM: RULES FOR MUSLIM PATIENTS BY FLEMISH GYNAECOLOGISTS
More rigid regulations in the Flemish hospitals for Muslim patients, who refuse gynaecological care of male doctors: from today their desire will be respected, but not in cases of emergency, circumstances under which the doctor will be allowed to ignore the request of the patient for the sake of their health. The female gynaecologists have elaborated a real code of good conduct in order to treat the Islamic patients in cases of emergency or during night watch, when a female doctor is not always available. According to the new regulations, the medical personnel will have to indulge the patient's request only if it is put in writing or only if the ill patient herself asks for the intervention of a female doctor and not her husband or her family. The code of good conduct has obtained the approval of the female gynaecologists, of the association of the doctors' unions of and the centre for gender equality and fight against racism. (ANSAmed).

DAR AL HARB-EUROPE: A TOUGH ROAD AHEAD
Europe's Road Ever More Difficult
By Douglas Farah
Several pieces today tie together to forma disturbing mosaic. The first two are the growing threat of radical Islam in Great Britain and the penetration of the structures of several elite universities there.
The second is the new report by the NEFA Foundation on the Muslim Brotherhood structure in Belgium.
The most disturbing to me is a report that Britain's Home Secretary Jaqui Smith believes the police are being overwhelmed by the growing threat of radical Islam in Britain.
"There are 2,000 individuals who are being monitored. There are 200 networks involved and 30 active plots," she said.
And she warned the menace of Islamic fanatics is mounting so fast that police will be unable to cope within a year—unless they are given new powers to lock up terror suspects for longer.
At present cops can hold suspects for up to 28 days, but the Home Office wants that increased to 42 days.
"We can't wait for an attack to succeed and then rush in new powers," said Mrs Smith. "We have got to stay ahead."
"Because we now understand the scale of what is being plotted, the police have to step in earlier—which means they need more time to put evidence together."

DAR AL HARB/ISLAM-BELGIUM/MOROCCO: A DOUBLE AGENT [MOSLEM OF COURSE] WITHIN BELGIAN INTELLIGENCE
Storm in Belgium over Moroccan spy
By Yacine Le Forestier
BRUSSELS. Abdelkader Belliraj’s links with Belgian intelligence raises serious questions about nature of ‘golden informant’. Was he following orders or did he fool the Belgians? The arrest of an Islamist in Morocco has Belgian authorities wondering if they have been duped by a "double agent" alleged to have acted as an informer while planning several deadly attacks.
The growing storm is swirling around Abdelkader Belliraj, 50, a Belgian and Moroccan national who was arrested last month in Morocco on suspicions of having led an Al Qaeda-linked group of 35 Islamic extremists.
He is also a prime suspect in six unexplained killings in Belgium at the end of the 1980s.
Although the Moroccan accusations were at first met with scepticism in Belgium, authorities now consider them credible.
"Their investigation seems to be quite extensive and serious," a spokeswoman for the federal prosecutors, Lieve Pellens, said after a recent visit of a team of Belgian police to Morocco.
But the case took a new twist when it emerged that Belliraj was probably for years a paid informer for Belgium's domestic intelligence services, the State Security.
The head of the agency, Alain Winants, implicitly acknowledged that was the case recently by filing a complaint after the "highly classified" information was revealed in the press.
The revelation has reignited a simmering row among Belgian authorities, with federal police investigators accusing the State Security of not being careful enough in recruiting its informers and not keeping other services informed.
...
How many of such "double agents" are working within the F.B.I., C.I.A., H.L.S., etc...etc...etc...?!?!?
At the rate our government was hiring moslems after the 9-11 attacks, I wouldn't be surprised if there aren't dozens of such "doubel agents"...
Of course, the "powers that be" are looking & will look the other way, they are way too politically correct for our own good...

DAR AL HARB - BELGIUM: NEWSPAPERS TO PUBLISH THE QUR'AN
Belgian paper to carry Qur'an
BRUSSELS, March 2 (KUNA) -- Belgium's De Standaard (The Standard) reported here on Friday that it would begin a serial publication of the Muslim Holy Qur'an in Flemish language as of Monday.
The new move would help Belgian people understand the Muslim holy book in a better manner in order to differentiate between the religion of Islam and terrorism, De Standaard, a leading intellectual daily of Flanders, the Dutch-speaking part of Belgium, reported.
The mass-circulating daily said the publication would be in the form of a series of articles in a free special supplement of the Belgian paper, noting that it would also contain impressive information on Islamic civilization and arts.
Islam is one of the official religions in Belgium.

DAR AL HARB - BELGIUM: NO MOSLEM HEAD SCARVES ALLOWED IN ANTWERP
Antwerp bans Muslim head scarves
A head scarf ban for municipal counter clerks in the northern Belgium port city of Antwerp has raised protest from Muslims and women activists, officials said today.
The city council decided late yesterday that civil servants dealing directly with the public should not wear visible religious symbols like a Muslim head scarf or a Christian cross. Some 150 mostly Muslim women protested the decision late yesterday, and the organisers said they were considering further action.
Antwerp has been a stronghold of the far-right Flemish Interest party, but it was defeated in local elections last October by the socialists, who had run a campaign stressing the multicultural makeup of Belgium’s second-largest city.
