DAR AL HARB-U.K.: "...FIGHT & SLAY THE PAGANS WHEREVER YE FIND THEM..." SURAH 9:5 OF THE KORAN

Muslim on racial hatred charges

A Muslim protester called for the bombing of Denmark and the United States during a demonstration against the publication of cartoons depicting the Prophet Muhammad, the Old Bailey was told yesterday.

Umran Javed is accused of soliciting to murder unbelievers and Danes and Americans, and of inciting racial hatred, in a speech outside the Danish Embassy in Central London in February last year.

Police video of the protest, played to the jury, showed Mr Javed, 27, leading chants of “Bomb, bomb USA. Bomb, bomb Denmark”. Officers in charge of monitoring the demonstration told the court that they did not arrest any of the protesters on the day because of fears that it would lead to violence.

Mr Javed, a British citizen, of Washwood Heath, Birmingham, said in the speech that the Western world would pay a heavy price for declaring war on Allah and the Prophet Muhammad.
He said that “disbelievers” should learn from the murder of the Dutch film-maker Theo van Gogh, who had made a film critical of Islam. Mr Javed also referred to the slaughter of the Jews of Khaybar, which is recorded in the Koran.

Mr Javed told the crowd that Denmark should watch its back because “Zarqawi was coming back”, a reference to Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the dead al-Qaeda leader in Iraq.

David Perry, QC, for the prosecution, said that Mr Javed appeared to be one of the leaders of the protest and used a loud-hailer to address the crowd.

“He addressed the crowd in terms which encouraged killing and incited racial hatred.”

Mr Perry said that the words used were plainly criminal. “The words used were straightforward and plain. If you shout out ‘Bomb, bomb Denmark; bomb, bomb USA’, there is no doubt about what you intend your audience to understand.

“The prosecution case is that the defendant was clearly encouraging people to commit murder — terrorist killing.”

Mr Perry told the court that the case was not about freedom of assembly or freedom of speech.
He said that even a society that enjoyed freedom of speech had to have rules.

“It is not about freedom of expression, but it is not surprising there are rules against encouraging others to kill or incite racial hatred.”

Mr Javed had continued with his speech as the crowd of about 50 demonstrators outside the Danish Embassy in Knightsbridge were joined by 200-300 other Muslims, who had marched from the central mosque in Regent’s Park.

The cartoons had been published originally in Denmark and later reproduced in newspapers across Europe, but not in the United States. Mr Javed condemned the cartoons as dishonouring the Prophet and accused “non-believers of declaring war against Islam and the Muslim community”, Mr Perry said. “He said disbelievers would pay a heavy price . . . and said Denmark would pay with blood.”

When police searched Mr Javed’s home six weeks after the protest, they found a pamphlet titled Kill Them by the Sword Wherever They Are.

The pamphlet made a case for why those who insulted the Prophet Muhammad should be killed, and criticised Muslims who called for only an apology for the cartoons.

Police seized nine other documents from Mr Javed’s home with titles including The Ruling Regarding Killing Oneself to Protect Information, The First 24 Hours of the Islamic State and Britain and America — Enemy Number One of Islam.

When officers returned to the home two days later to collect copies of the same documents, Mr Javed’s wife said that she had destroyed everything touched by the police because they were “unclean”.

Mr Perry told the jury that the police had decided not to arrest people at the embassy protest, during which the Danish flag was burnt, because of the fear that it could lead to violence.

Some of the protesters carried placards calling for the beheading of those who insulted Islam and referring to the July 7 London bombers as the “Fantastic Four”. Superintendent Roger Gomm, of Scotland Yard’s Public Order Branch, told the court that there had been a decision not to make arrests at the demonstration because of the risk that it would trigger violence.

Instead, the police relied on teams of officers with video cameras to collect evidence that could be used for a prosecution, he said.

Chief Inspector Claire Weaver, who was in command of policing at the embassy demonstration, said: “Knowing the history of what led to the demonstration and what had happened in other countries, and the potential for quite serious disorder, no arrests had been made and I did not authorise arrests.”

Mr Javed denies soliciting or encouraging people to murder people who do not believe in the Islamic faith and American and Danish nationals. He also denies stirring up racial hatred.

The trial continues.

‘You will pay with your blood’

'My dear Muslim brothers and sisters, we need to understand why we are here today. To declare that we will not stand for what Denmark did . . . We will not stand for what France, for what Europe, for what the whole of the disbelievers and the Western world are united for.
You have declared war against Allah and his Messenger. You have declared war against the Muslim community, for which you will pay a heavy price. Take lesson of Theo van Gogh. Take lesson of the Jews of Khaybar. Take lessons for what you can see, for you will pay with your blood. Denmark, you will pay. Denmark, you will pay, you will pay. With your blood, with your blood, with your blood. Bomb, bomb Denmark. Jihad is the path of God.

Democracy, hypocrisy. Democracy go to hell. Denmark go to hell. Freedom go to hell. Bomb, bomb Denmark. Denmark watch your back. Zarqawi is coming back. Bomb, bomb USA. Bomb, bomb Denmark'

2) Terror's Islamic Roots by Robert Spencer

Akyol says: “At the outset, I should clarify the meaning of the term jihad. It does not necessarily mean a military struggle....” He should know that it is completely beside the point, because although it may not “necessarily” be a military struggle, it is for the global jihadists. Does Akyol think they will lay down their arms because jihad can also be a spiritual struggle? As a matter of fact, Hassan Al-Banna (founder of the Muslim Brotherhood) and Abdullah Azzam (a founder of Al-Qaeda) among others, taught that the idea of jihad as a spiritual struggle was based on a weak hadith, and thus had to be rejected by loyal Muslims. But of course Akyol does not deal with that.

Akyol also says: “Mr. Bostom also asks what will happen to atheists if they are not convinced. Of course, nothing. Let them deny the obvious. ‘There is no compulsion in religion’ (2:256) and Muslims are ordered to say ‘The truth is from your Lord, so let him who please believe, and let him who please disbelieve.’ (18:29)”

Interestingly enough, just yesterday someone sent me this from a
Muslim Q&A website, quoting Qur’an 8:39 and 9:5 to say that yes, there is compulsion in religion:

“And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism, i.e. worshipping others besides Allaah), and the religion (worship) will all be for Allaah Alone [in the whole of the world]” [al-Anfaal 8:39]

“Then when the Sacred Months (the 1st, 7th, 11th, and 12th months of the Islamic calendar) have passed, then kill the Mushrikoon (see V.2:105) wherever you find them, and capture them and besiege them, and lie in wait for them in each and every ambush. But if they repent [by rejecting Shirk (polytheism) and accept Islamic Monotheism] and perform As‑Salaah (Iqaamat-as-Salaah), and give Zakaah, then leave their way free. Verily, Allaah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful” [al-Tawbah 9:5]

This verse is known as Ayat al-Sayf (the verse of the sword).

These and similar verses abrogate the verses which say that there is no compulsion to become Muslim.

But Akyol is ready for that. He attacks the Islamic doctrine of abrogation on which this argument is based, saying it is “actually a late invention, introduced by some classical jurists during the fourth century (late 10th century) of Islam.” He quotes Dr. Khaleel Mohammed, a professor of Religion at San Diego State University: “The allegation that 120 verses on the invitation to Islam were abrogated by the verse of the sword (9:5)…is in fact one of crassest stupidity.”

Gee, that’s swell, but unfortunately, Dr. Khaleel Muhammad has not yet taken up his throne as the Muslim Pope. And here, as in so many other instances, he resorts to shallow and base name-calling instead of actually addressing the arguments of his opponents. Jihadists, quite obviously, still employ the practice of abrogation. Does he think that pointing out that it is a tenth-century innovation and accusing those who use it of the “crassest stupidity” will really stop them? “Fellow mujahedin! Dr. Khaleel Muhammad has called us stupid! Let us lay down our arms!”

In fact, abrogation (naskh) is not a tenth-century innovation. It is based on the Qur’an itself: “Nothing of our revelation (even a single verse) do we abrogate or cause be forgotten, but we bring (in place) one better or the like thereof. Knowest thou not that Allah is Able to do all things?” (Sura 2:106).

3) The Quran's Doctrine of Abrogation prepared by Abdullah Al Araby

In an attempt to polish Islam's image, Muslim activists usually quote verses from the Quran that were written in the early days of the Islamic movement while Mohammed lived in Mecca. Those passages make Islam appear loving and harmless because they call for love, peace and patience. Such is a deception. The activists fail to tell gullible people that such verses, though still in the Quran, were nullified, abrogated, rendered void by later passages that incite killing, decapitations, maiming, terrorism and religious intolerance. The latter verses were penned while Mohammed’s headquarters was based in Medina.

When speaking with people of Christianized/Western societies, Muslim activists deliberately hide a major Islamic doctrine called "al-Nasikh wal-Mansoukh" (the Abrogator and the Abrogated). This simply means that in situations wherein verses contradict one another, the early verses are overridden by the latter verses. The chronological timing in which a verse was written determines its authority to establish policies within Islam. Non-Muslims cannot afford to be ignorant about the full implications of the Abrogator and the Abrogated Doctrine (al-Nasikh wal-Mansoukh). When Islamic spokesmen say that Islam is a religion of peace and that the Quran does not support such things as human rights infractions, gender bias and terrorism, they are lying. This means that the Western politicians and liberal journalists, who continually spout that Islam is a noble religion of peace, are in reality propagating a deception that they have been deceived into parroting.

This presents problems for naïve people who are not familiar with Islam and the Quran. They don’t know that the surahs/chapters of the Quran are not arranged in chorological order in regard to the timing in which they were written. Therefore an activist who is out to deceive them can turn to various places throughout the Quran and read verses that sound peaceful, tolerant, reasonable and loving. The impression is that the entire Quran promotes peace, love, equality and tolerance for all. That is far from the truth. Most Muslims fully understand that the few Quranic verses that seemingly promote equality, peace and justice are more often than not overridden/ nullified by later verses that validate such things as terrorism and legalistic restrictions on routine human and women’s rights.

...

THE VERSE OF THE SWORD

The verse that Abrogated (nullified) the Peace Verses.

An example of the abrogation: There are 124 versus that call for tolerance and patience that have been cancelled and replaced by one, single verse. This verse is called the verse of the sword:

"But when the forbidden months are past, then fight and slay the Pagans wherever ye find them, and seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem (of war)....." Surah 9:5

Verses that support the verse of the Sword

1) “Fight them, and Allah will punish them by your hands, cover them with shame, help you (to victory) over them, heal the breasts of believers” (Surah 9:14).

2) “O ye who believe! Truly the Pagans are unclean; so let them not, after this year of theirs, approach the Sacred Mosque” (Surah 9:28).3) “The Jews call ‘Uzayr a son of God, and the Christians call Christ the son of God. That is saying from their mouth; (in this) they but imitate the Unbelievers of old used to say. Allah’s curse be on them: how they are deluded away from the Truth!” (Surah 9:30).

4) “O Prophet! Strive hard against the Unbelievers and the Hypocrites, and be firm against them. Their abode is Hell – an evil refuge indeed” (Surah 9:73).

5) “O ye who believe! Fight the Unbelievers who gird you about, and let them find firmness in you: and know that Allah is with those who fear Him” (Surah 9:123).

British Muslim regrets outburst at cartoon demo

LONDON (Reuters) - A British Muslim said on Wednesday he regretted calling for the United States and Denmark to be bombed during a protest in London last year against publication of cartoons depicting the Prophet Mohammad.

Umran Javed, who is on trial accused of soliciting murder and inciting racial hatred, told the Old Bailey criminal court he got carried away during last February's demonstration outside the Danish Embassy in London.

He said he had not intended to say anything at the protest, prompted by the publication of cartoons in a Danish newspaper that many Muslims considered insulting to Islam, until a megaphone was thrust into his hands.

"I regret saying these things, they were just soundbites, slogans," said Javed, 27, who had travelled from his home in Birmingham to take part in the demonstration.

"I do not want to see Denmark being bombed or the USA. I was disappointed I said these things. I made the statements in an emotionally charged atmosphere. These things were the only thing that came into my mind."

Prosecutors said there was no doubt that he had incited murder and racial hatred.

"If you shout to your audience 'bomb, bomb Denmark, bomb, bomb USA', there is no doubt what you intend your audience to understand," said prosecuting lawyer David Perry.

The demonstration, where some protesters waved placards praising the 2005 London bombings by four British Islamists which killed 52 people, attracted widespread condemnation.

Javed said he had no wish for anyone to be harmed and never intended to be threatening to any race.

He denies soliciting murder and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to stir up racial hatred and his trial continues.

Yes, I have learnt plenty about islam, and what I have learned I don't like.

It is a blood thirsty cult started by a man that was a rapist, pedophile and couldn't tell the difference between Gabriel and Satan. Great 'prophet'...lol...

I don't have to try, moslems do it all for me with their death cult and thirst for blood.
