Iran ready to transfer scientific expertise to Islamic states

Iran's Minister of Education Mahmoud Farshidi in Rabat today expressed the country's readiness to transfer its scientific and technological achievements and experiences to Islamic states.
Farshidi made the remarks as he addressed the 9th session of the General Assembly of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO), which opened in Rabat, Morocco yesterday with the keynote address delivered by Morocco's King Mohammed.
"Western states try to prevent Islamic countries from accessing modern science and technologies notwithstanding international law encouraging their transfer, but Iran is ready to transfer its experience to all Islamic countries," he said.
He outlined Iran's achievements and capabilities in the field of of modern technology, including nuclear energy, nano-technology and fundamental cells.
The Iranian minister urged all Islamic states to promote constructive scientific and cultural talks to remove tribalism in the Islamic world.
