DAR AL HARB - AUSTRALIA: BILAL SKIF GANG RAPIST RELEASED, LITTLE TO NO REHABILITATION, ALL "UNCOVERED MEAT" SHOULD NOW BE WARY

Freedom for gang rapist who faced two trials
Jordan Baker Chief Police Reporter

ONE of the men convicted over the rapes perpetrated by the Bilal Skaf gang has walked free from prison, a year after he was refused parole.

The Department of Corrective Services said the man, who cannot be named, had been released last Tuesday. His non-parole period ended last year, but the State Parole Authority refused to release him, saying he had "failed to address offending behaviour issues".

The man, now 23, was originally sentenced in 2002 to a minimum of nine years and a maximum 15 for the rape and abduction of an 18-year-old woman. His sentence was shorter than those of other gang members because Judge Michael Finnane said that while he had shown no contrition, he had some prospect of rehabilitation.

The following November the man was involved in a three-hour siege at Kariong Juvenile Justice Centre. He armed himself with a broken broom handle. His punishment - a three-month concurrent sentence handed down by Gosford Local Court - was described as farcical by the NSW opposition at the time.

In 2004 he was granted a retrial on the rape and detention charges by the Court of Criminal Appeal. The court ruled he had suffered a miscarriage of justice as a result of his trial being held straight after his co-accused, creating an atmosphere of hostility.

At his second trial he pleaded guilty and was jailed for a maximum of eight years and six months, with a non-parole period of four years and six months.

What is the "Bilal Scaf gang"?!?

Bilal Skaf (Arabic: بلال سكاف) (born 14 September 1981) is a serial gang rapist. He led groups of Lebanese Australian men who committed three of several gang rape attacks against young white women in 2000, described by some (such as Miranda Devine) as hate crimes. For the crimes Bilal Skaf is serving a 31-year prison sentence, and will be eligible for parole in 2033. (He was originally sentenced to 55-years with a 40-year non-parole period, but that was modified several times upon appeal — see below.) He commenced his sentence in Sydney's Long Bay Correctional Centre, but was soon moved to maximum security in Goulburn Gaol after prison wardens uncovered plans by fellow inmates to inject him with HIV infected blood.

He is the brother of Mohammed Skaf, also a gang rape attacker serving 32 years jail for his part in the attacks. Bilal and Mohammed are the sons of Mustapha Skaf and Baria Skaf who immigrated to Australia from Lebanon.

Mustapha worked for State Rail in Sydney, gaining a good reputation among his colleagues. It was through his father's reputation that Skaf also found work for State Rail despite having left school at age 14 and gaining convictions for shoplifting and theft.

Skaf was engaged at the time of his arrest but although his fiancée stood by him during his trial, she ended their engagement soon after his conviction. Skaf's response was to sketch cartoons depicting his former fiancée being raped and murdered. Since he was first charged in November 2000, Skaf has remained unrepentant. During his trial he claimed he was involved only in cases of consensual sex, laughed when his verdict was read and swore at the judge when he received his sentence.

In jail he has made threats to commit acts of terrorism and was also responsible for a terrorist hoax in which a white powder laced letter was sent to the NSW Corrective Services Commissioner Ron Woodham.

On September 16, 2005, the New South Wales Court of Criminal Appeal reduced Skaf's 55 year sentence to a maximum of 28 years, with parole available after 22 years. The NSW Attorney-General Bob Debus, decided that the government would seek leave for an appeal to the High Court of Australia against the sentence reduction. An earlier appeal had already reduced his sentence to 46 years, after a successful appeal against one of his convictions.

On February 3, 2006 the High Court refused leave to appeal, arguing that the New South Wales Court of Criminal Appeal had been left with no choice because of the many errors by the trial judge in sentencing Skaf to 46 years. That meant Skaf could be freed at the age of 41 in 2023.
A further appeal led to a 31-year sentence being imposed. Bilal Skaf will now be eligible for release on February 11, 2033.

Sydney Gang Rapes:

The Sydney gang rapes were a series of gang rape attacks by a group of up to fourteen Muslim Lebanese Australian men led by Bilal Skaf, against White Australian girls, some as young as 14, in Sydney, Australia in 2000. The crimes, decried as ethnically motivated hate crimes by some commentators saw blanket media coverage, the passing of new laws, and over 240 years in jail time handed out to nine men.

In court transcripts, Judge Michael Finnane mused that the rapes were events "you hear about or read about only in the context of wartime atrocities".

Attacks

August 10, 2000, Thursday
Attackers offered a ride and a portion of marijuana to two women aged 17 and 18. The women were taken under duress to Northcote Park, Greenacre where more collaborators were waiting, the women were then forced to fellate eight males.

August 12, 2000, Saturday
A 16-year-old girl was brought to Gosling Park, Greenacre by her friend, 17-year-old Mohammed Skaf. At the park she was raped by Mohammed's brother Bilal Skaf, and one other man, with twelve other men present who were "standing around, laughing and talking in their own language". The second man held a gun to her head and kicked her in the stomach, before she was able to escape.

August 30, 2000, Wednesday
Another woman was approached by attackers at the Bankstown train station, who proposed she join them in smoking some marijuana at another location. She was taken to three separate locations by the men, raped 25 times by a total of fourteen men, in an ordeal that lasted six hours. After the attacks the woman was hosed down with a fire hose. The woman, who was known during the trial as 'C' to protect her identity, later told her story to 60 Minutes. She told of how the attackers called her an "Aussie Pig", asked her if "Leb cock tasted better than Aussie cock" and explained to her that she would now be raped "Leb-style".

September 4, 2000, Monday
Two women, both 16, were taken by the attackers from Beverly Hills train station to a house in another suburb, where three men repeatedly raped them over a period of five hours. The attackers told one of the victims at one point that "You deserve it because you're an Australian".

Further attempted attacks
A further series of gang rapes were attempted, but thwarted. On Friday August 4, 2000 four of the attackers approached a fourteen year old girl on a train where she was threatened with violence, punched twice and slapped before escaping the would be rapists.

Attackers

Bilal Skaf led and orchestrated the three August 2000 attacks. He was initially sentenced to a total of 55 years imprisonment but had his prison time reduced by the New South Wales Court of Criminal Appeal to 28 years, with parole available after 22 years. However, on July 28, 2006 Acting Justice Jane Mathews added another ten years to his sentence for his role in the August 12 rape (his original conviction over the attack was quashed in 2004 and a retrial was ordered after it was revealed that two jurors had conducted their own investigations at Gosling Park).[11] Bilal Skaf will now be eligible for release on February 11, 2033. In March 2003, Skaf was charged with sending mail containing white powder to a corrections department official from prison in an apparent hoax terrorist act.

Mohammed Skaf, younger brother of Bilal Skaf was also one of the gang rape attackers. He was gaoled for 32 years for his role in the gang rapes but has also had his sentence reduced on appeal, to 19 years with a non-parole period of 11 years. However, on July 28, 2006 he received an additional 15 years, with a minimum of seven and a half years over the Gosling Park attack. Mohammed Skaf will now be eligible for release on July 1, 2019.

Belal Hajeid, then aged 20, was another gang rapist who was convicted and imprisoned for 23 years with a non-parole period of 15 years. Hajeid had his sentence later reduced on appeal.
Mohammed Sanoussi, then 18, gang rapist who was sentenced to 21 years with a non-parole period of 12 years for the August 10 and 30 rapes. Sanoussi had his sentence later reduced on appeal.

Mahmoud Sanoussi, then 17, is the brother of Mohammed Sanoussi who was sentenced to 11 years and three months imprisonment with parole available after six-and-a-half years. Mahmoud Sanoussi unsuccessfully appealed against his sentence in 2005.

Mahmoud Chami, (then 20) - attacker gaoled for 18 years with a non-parole period of ten years. Chami unsuccessfully appealed against his sentence in 2004.

"H" (Identity sealed), (then 19), was sentenced to 25 years with a non-parole period of 15 years. 'H' has successfully appealed and gained a reduction in his penalty.

Tayyab Sheikh, then 18, was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment with a non-parole period of nine years for his role in the August 30 rape.

Mohammed Ghanem, then 19, was the final person to be sentenced and was imprisoned for 40 years with a non-parole period of 26 years for two counts of rape.

There was evidence to convict only nine men of the fourteen suspects, and in total over 240 years of prison time was handed out for the rapes.

Take note that ALL OF THE RAPISTS WERE MOSLEMS and all of the victims were NON MOSLEM WOMEN...

To get a taste of what moslem men are taught in their mosques, you don't need to go far, just read what the Mufti of Australia (he has now moved on from his post and has been replaced by another moslem Western/Jew hater) had to say about women:

...

In a Ramadam sermon in a Sydney mosque, Sheik al-Hilali suggested that a group of Muslim men recently jailed for many years for gang rapes [He could only be referring to the Bilal Skif gang mentioned above...ed A.I.] were not entirely to blame.

There were women, he said, who 'sway suggestively' and wore make-up and immodest dress "and then you get a judge without mercy and gives you 65 years. But the problem, but the problem all began with who?" he said, referring to the women victims.

Addressing 500 worshippers on the topic of adultery, Sheik al-Hilali added:

"If you take out uncovered meat and place it outside on the street, or in the garden or in the park, or in the backyard without a cover, and the cats come and eat it..whose fault is it - the cats or the uncovered meat?

"The uncovered meat is the problem."

He went on:

"If she was in her room, in her home, in her hijab (veil), no problem would have occurred."

Women, he said, were 'weapons' used by Satan to control men.

...

All of that "uncovered meat" must have driven the pure innocent non violent moslem men mad...

It appears that it is always a womans fault when it comes to a moslem man and his uncontrollable beast like urges...
