Fatah al-Islam plans to attack UNIFIL

A Lebanese legal source said Friday that members of the Fatah al-Islam militia, in the midst of skirmishes with the Lebanese army, had plans to attack UNIFIL forces operating in southern Lebanon.

"During investigations several militia members admitted that they had planned to attack UN forces in the south of Lebanon and carry out military actions against them," he said.
