UK, Netherlands give P34 M for Islamic moderation program

The United Kingdom and the Netherlands, represented by Ambassador Peter Beckingham and Ambassador Robert Vornis, respectively, joined hands yesterday with Muslim Filipinos in a R34-million project to empower Islamic clerics and help them promote moderation over extremism.
