MOHAMAD SHNEWER, 22. He is Eljvir Duka's brother-in-law, according to federal officials. He was born in Jordan and is a U.S. citizen. He also lives in Cherry Hill and works as a cabdriver in Philadelphia.

SERDAR TATAR, 23. He was born in Turkey and is a legal U.S. resident. He works at a 7-Eleven store in Philadelphia. Tatar was arrested at his apartment complex in Northeast Philadelphia, according to local news reports, which also said he is married and expecting a child. According to the complaint, it was Tatar who knew Fort Dix well because he had delivered pizzas from his family's nearby restaurant.

AGRON ABDULLAHU, 24. He is an ethnic Albanian from the former Yugoslavia. He is a legal U.S. resident and lives in Buena Vista Township, N.J. He works at a ShopRite supermarket.
