DAR AL HARB - U.K.: ISLAM & TRADE UNIONS WORKING TOGETHER FOR 'JUSTICE', 'FAIRNESS', 'EQUALITY' & TO PROMOTE ISLAM

The trade unions in the United Kingdom are going to work for 'justice', 'fairness', 'equality' until they have promoted islam to such a degree where the only alternative left to non-moslems would be to take on the yoke of dhimmitude...

Moslems of course would accept their proper role, as they believe it is but has been denied to them, that role being moslem overlord to dhimmis across their lands, which by the way the United Kingdom is becoming...

Wales TUC & Muslim Council of Wales join together to promote Justice, Fairness & Equality

Saleem Kidwai of the Muslim Council of Wales took the stage at Wales TUC conference today, Thursday 24 May to highlight how unions and Muslims in Wales can work together to eradicate prejudice and discrimination and promote justice and fairness at work.

Speaking at Wales TUC Conference, Secretary General of the Muslim Council of Wales, Saleem Kidwai OBE said:

'The MCW and the WTUC have a shared belief in justice, fairness and equality. We
oppose all kind of prejudices in the work places and society at large. We seek to work in partnership with the WTUC and through its networks to enhance an awareness of Islam and dispel the myths, misunderstandings and misconceptions
about Islam and how the religion relates to modern society. We will also be using our own networks to raise awareness within the Muslim community of the values of union membership and the very important role which unions have in seeking justice and fair treatment in the workplace and in wider society.'

Wales TUC General Secretary, Felicity Williamssaid:

'The Wales TUC is working with the MCW to encourage more Muslim employees in Wales to become union members. Belonging to a union is the best protection an individual can have against prejudice and exploitation at work. We will also be looking at ways of promoting a greater understanding of Islam and to do all we can to combat the hatred being stirred up by extremists, particularly at elections times, who are seeking to drive a wedge between Wales's many communities.'

The shared belief of the MCW and Wales TUC in justice, equality and opposition to prejudice is matched by our belief that these objectives can be better achieved in the workplace by a framework of legislation that provides for workplace justice and by workers joining together in independent trade unions. We believe it is in the interests of workers to join the appropriate trade union at their workplace and that employers should recognise such unions.
