Death Threats By Pupils: Only Teacher Punished
BREDA, 01/02/07 - The two pupils at a school in Goirle who made death threats to their teachers in a rap song have both been cleared. The only person penalised in the case was one of the teachers.
On 27 March 2006, the website of Mill Hill College secondary school was hacked. For a period of several hours, the page showed a photograph of a masked person and the words of a rap song in which teachers of the school received death threats and insults.
The children's court in Breda considered as proven that a 17-year-old boy had hacked the computer of Mill Hill College and placed the rap song on the site. According to the judge, however, it was done without intent. Therefore, the boy was acquitted of hacking the website and threatening and insulting his teachers.

Was the student moslem?!? This does smell of the jihad, but it cannot be said with any certainty...
