Ihsanoglu expects West to reach understanding with Islam

Secretary General of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu said on Wednesday that it is time for the West to reach understanding with Islam.

The remark was made at a gathering of ambassadors of foreign countries at the Foreign Ministry's Institute for Political and International Studies (IPIS).

He added that there is no need for contradiction, adding that disputes are not beneficial to any country.

Turning to the will for reaching such an understanding at the highest level over the past two years, he underlined that solving the current problems will be fruitful to all parties.

"We believe in adjustment and oppose justification of fundamentalism and extremism. We are against all extremist ideologies, not only in the region, but all over the world and are willing to condemn it," he said.

The OIC secretary general underlined that Muslims should not be accused of fundamentalism and extremism, given that some of them have been drawn to such thinking and measures in response to the extremism of others.

"We call on our allies in the European Union to cooperate with us in this regard. If such cooperation does not take place, extremists will enter into dispute with all of us.

"Our negotiations over the past two years were unsuccessful, given that we need to hold talks according to agenda, which will hit the target and lead to political commitments to be observed by all parties. Thus one may expect to come up with a historical solution," he added.


In other words The West needs to learn its new status: DHIMMITUDE while moslems are their LORDS & MASTERS...

The West would than spend its dying days groveling to the moslem hordes...
