IRAN: ATOMIC ENERGY GROUP TO FUND FILMS ON NUCLEAR PROGRAMME


Tehran, 4 Jan. (AKI) - The president of the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization, Mohammad Reza Aghazadeh, told a group of filmmakers on Thursday that the government body is willing to fund films on Iran's nuclear programme. "In order to involve the entire population in the sacred nuclear project and most of all get youths to know the atomic programme of our country, we need your precious cooperation," Aghazadeh told filmmakers who had gathered at Tehran's Cinema House. "The involvement of cinema in this project is the key to its success."
