DAR AL HARB-U.K.: DEVIANTS TO BE PROTESTED BY BOTH CHRISTIANS & MOSLEMS

Muslims urged to join protests against "deviants"

Evangelical Christians will be joined on their protest march on Parliament on January 9th by leading members of the Muslim community.

Earlier this week, a group of Christian lawyers announced their intention to petition the Queen and protest at the Palace of Westminster to show their opposition to the proposed regulations to outlaw discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation in the provision of goods and services.

The Daily Mail reports today that Dr Majid Katme, of the Islamic Medical Association, has asked Muslims to join the protest, which is being held at the same time as a House of Lords debate on the new regulations.

Dr Katme has written to imans and supporters, asking them to, "join our Christian friends in their campaign against the new proposed law on sexual orientation.

"It is against our religious rights and against our human rights and against our conscience and religious beliefs to have this new unjust law forced on all of us British Muslims."
