Govt announces Islamic studies centre
Three universities have been chosen to host a new National Centre of Excellence for Islamic Studies.
The University of Melbourne, Brisbane's Griffith University and the University of Sydney will run the centre, which will be established with an $8 million Federal Government grant.
The Federal Government says the centre will offer subjects relevant to aspiring Muslim religious and community leaders.
The Government says it will not be allowed to promote organisations or teachings supportive of violence and terrorism.
Will they teach the truth about islam or will they carry water for the global jihad by covering up the truth?!?
