Muslim scholar to speak at temple

It's not every day that a Muslim speaks at a synagogue. But Tuesday night a prominent Muslim from Chicago will deliver a speech at Temple Sholom in River Edge.

Eboo Patel, who's gaining a national reputation for his work promoting interreligious cooperation, was invited to North Jersey by a Jewish group and a local interfaith organization.

Their aim is to improve relations between Jews and Muslims.
