Letter: Allow radical Muslims to destroy themselves

There seems to be as many ideas on how for us to surrender in Iraq as there are people in Washington. The Iraq Study Group has suggested that we confer with Syria, Iran and Saudi Arabia to determine how to end the war. Sure makes a lot of sense to speak to the very people who have been instrumental in funding and initiating the violence in Iraq?

My personal view is that things are going right on schedule in Iraq, and that all that is happening is in the best interest of both Israel and the U.S.

Many say civil war is raging in Iraq. They say the Sunnis and the Shiites are murdering each other every day. There is some thought that neighboring Arab countries, dominated by Sunnis, will not be content to see Sunni religious groups wiped out by the Shiites. That ethnic factions of both persuasions from several nations will enter the war as well. So be it.

Even as I write, the Islamic ruler of Somalia has called for all Muslims who fail to pray five times each day to be beheaded in order to comply with Islamic law.

One can only imagine what radical Islam has in store for America. So, I am very content to see the destruction of Islam from within. The Book of Revelations indicates that those attacking Israel in the last days will see their armies wage war against each other.

What could be better for Israel and the United States than to have the Muslims destroy, or at least weaken, each other’s ability to wage radical religious terrorism around the world? Sometimes, it is best for Christians and Jews to just let God’s will prevail, and allow radical Islam to self destruct.
