Echo of Moscow: Litvinenko’s Father will Avenge his Son

Moscow. Alexander Litvinenko’s father told The Echo of Moscow radio that he would “fight till the end and avenge his son”.

“I do not intend to take up arms but to attack with words,” Walter Litvinenko said.

According to him the Russian authority and Russian special services are to be blamed for his son’s death.

Walter Litvinenko could not confirm that shortly before his death his son converted to Islam, and stated that Alexander lived as a Christian.Alexander Litvinenko “respected Islam because he lived among Muslims for a long time,” the former agent’s father added.
