USA-INDIANA: SEPARATION OF CHURCH & STATE APPLIES ONLY TO CHRISTIANITY

As a Christian, school's Muslim display offended me

As a Christian, I was offended by the picture of the traditional Muslim feast and a picture of the Qur'an being displayed prominently in the Crown Point High School cafeteria to help foster an understanding of Ramadan and Muslim cultures.Shame on the school and our government for allowing this to happen.

Our nation was founded on Christianity, not on Islam. But now we allow a religion of the sword to replace Christianity.

What has happen to our government, the schools and the media? They say it's OK to burn the flag and to stomp out Christianity under the guise of First Amendment rights. They rally for the separation of church and state, which is not mentioned in the Constitution, but it is OK to replace the God of the Bible with a false god.

It's time for all Christians to demand equal time and representation for our beliefs. That means it is appropriate that CPHS set up a nativity scene in the school at Christmas, with a Bible alongside it, and the Christian students singing Christmas carols.
