U.S. BORDER FENCE
"Note that the top of the fence is canted toward the U.S., not mexico (see the National Guard members? = U.S. side) Security & barbed wire fences are always canted toward the side that you are trying to keep people from crossing from. Check it out. Except in this case. This was done at the request/demand of Bush's Mexican buddies as not to "humiliate" our neighbors to the south. And of course the Bush administration agreed. (per representative Duncan Hunter's website- can't find the link) Can you find another example of a fence top canted away from side you want to keep out? Is the government trying to keep U.S. citizens in? Naaaa."
Thanks to R for the heads up the fence and in which direction it cants, I would not have known the significance of that detail...
