Apologise for vilifying Muslims

I AM shocked by the statement from Cardinal O'Brien that Muslims should apologise for the September 11 attacks ('O'Brien urges Muslims to say sorry for 9/11', October 22). What is happening to our society that a whole section is vilified as being responsible for global terrorism?
Our politicians, and now a Christian leader, are doing a great PR job for Osama bin Laden. In naming the Muslim community, the cardinal is also repeating the very crime that Herod committed in the "slaughter of the innocents" - in this instance, collective blame for the wrongdoing of a minority of zealots.

If there were to be more terrorist attacks in Britain, then it's likely that Muslims will be casualties as well as victims of other faiths. It's time we began apologising to our Muslim brethren for this increase in hostility and suspicion.

Is Janet going to be SHOCKED, SHOCKED I tell you when she is going to be forced to wear a head to toe bag because she may be thought of as "uncovered meat" and will she be SHOCKED, SHOCKED I tell you if she is forced to service her husband/boyfriend sexually whether she likes it or not because that is his right to plow her like the field that she is?!?!?
