Just on FOXNEWS & FRIENDS (approximately 7:45 a.m.) Retired Lt. Col. Bill Cowan reported that the reason for the U.S. Military not taking a shot on the 190 Taliban members in Afghanistan was:
"THE DRONE THAT CAPTURED THOSE IMAGES WAS NOT ARMED & THE U.S. MILITARY WAS UNABLE TO GET ANY BOMBS/MISSILES/PLANES TO THAT LOCATION IN TIME TO BLAST THE TALIBAN" (paraphrasing of course)
FOXNEWS & FRIENDS reporters mentioned what was reported by NBC last night that the DRONE WAS ARMED and Retired Lt. Col. Bill Cowans source said that what NBC was told was incorrect...
Retired Lt. Col. Cowan went on to say that there are certain military personnel that are disgruntled and that may be a reason for the information that was given to NBC...
Retired Lt. Col. Cowan also said that: "his source was unimpeachable, the source was located in CentCom" he also said that "permission for the Taliban to be bombed during the funeral at the cemetary was obtained from every level of the 'chain of command' "
E.D. Hill re-read the "official military line" about higher moral standards, etc. again...

Retired Lt. Col. Bob Cowan has learned that it was the CIA that put the kibash on bombing the Taliban during the above pictured funeral...
It is CIA POLICY not to attack during funerals, it is not a LAW BUT A POLICY DECISION...
I would like to know the genius that set up that policy...Perhaps it was a CLINTONISTA...
