President urges Europe to revise Iran policy
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said that Iran is rapidly progressing in different areas, calling on the European states to correct their mistakes about Iran.
In an exclusive interview with French daily Le Monde, he said that Iran has made opportunity for European states to revise their own policy.
He stressed that ground has been paved for European states and France, in particular, to revise their past approach towards the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Outlining Iran's economic development, he said that Iran has made great strides in investment in the field of scientific studies.
President Ahmadinejad further stressed Iran's right to produce nuclear energy for civilian purposes and condemned approach of certain European states and the US to exert pressure on the Security Council to issue resolutions against Iran.
